Coupons enable event organizers to distribute discount codes for tickets, making them suitable for early supporters, mailing lists, partners, and speakers.
Access the Coupons tab within an event and select "Add Coupon" to begin the process.
Single Coupon — Create one memorable code (example: EARLYBIRD25), ideal for public campaigns or branded promotions.
Bulk Generation — Levo produces multiple unique random codes simultaneously. Configure:
Quantity of codes needed
Character length per code
Bulk codes work best for distributing individual single-use codes to attendees, partners, or sponsors where sharing should be discouraged.
Percentage off — Apply percentage-based reductions, including 10%, 25%, or 100% (complimentary tickets).
Fixed amount off — Subtract a specific dollar or currency amount from the ticket price.
Optionally establish a minimum basket threshold before the coupon activates.
Starts at — Set earliest usage date; leave blank for immediate activation
Expires at — Define expiration date; leave blank for perpetual validity
Max Redemptions — Cap total uses across all attendees; leave blank for unlimited redemptions. Useful for "first 50 users" scenarios.
Coupons apply to all ticket types by default but can be restricted to specific tiers.
Public — Visible on the event's public page for open promotions
Private — Hidden from public view; shared directly with intended recipients
The Coupons tab displays redemption counts for each code, with detailed usage data available for bulk-generated codes.
