Every completed registration generates a Booking containing one or more Attendees, displaying who is attending, payment details, ticket categories, and check-in confirmation.
Access the Attendees tab within an event to see individual attendee information arranged in rows. Each entry displays:
Name and email address
Mobile number (when available)
Registered ticket type
Booking status (confirmed, pending, cancelled)
Payment status (paid or unpaid)
Check-in status
A Booking represents the transaction itself — one person purchasing tickets. Multiple attendees can exist within a single booking; for example, someone buying three tickets might register themselves and two colleagues.
An Attendee is an individual participant. Each person receives:
Unique QR code for check-in purposes
Personal name and contact information
Specific ticket assignment
Selecting any attendee reveals the booking detail view containing:
Booking ID and public ID
Total payment amount
Applied discount (if coupon was used)
Currency and payment status
Tax breakdown (when applicable)
Payment link (for unpaid bookings)
Names, emails, ticket types, and individual check-in statuses for all attendees in the booking.
Each booking has a unique QR code. When scanned at the event, it pulls up all attendees in that booking for check-in.
PDF download link (when generated) containing complete booking and payment details.
When a ticket type has Requires Approval enabled, registrations enter a Pending state, visible with a Pending badge in the Attendees tab.
To process:
Click the attendee/booking
Select Approve or Reject
Approved attendees move to Confirmed status and receive confirmation with QR code. Rejected registrations become cancelled.
The search function locates attendees by name or email. Available filters include:
Ticket type — General, VIP, or other categories
Booking status — confirmed, pending, cancelled
Payment status — paid, unpaid
Check-in status — checked in, not yet checked in
Download the complete attendee list as CSV format, useful for:
Staff distribution
Backup check-in lists for printing
Post-event analysis
The CSV export contains name, email, mobile, ticket type, booking status, payment status, check-in status, and registration timestamp.
To cancel a booking, navigate to booking detail and select Cancel Booking. The attendee status updates to cancelled. Refund processing occurs outside Levo's system based on your payment configuration.
