Integrating external tools for registrations

Here’s a demo to show how you can do this:

Navigate to the Events Section

In the dashboard, click on the “Events” tab to view your list of events.​

Select the Event

From the list, click on the event for which you want to manage registrations externally.​

Access Event Settings

Within the event details, locate and click on the “Settings” or “Registration Settings” option.​

Enable External Registration

In the registration settings, find the option labeled “Use External Registration Tool”.
Toggle this option to “On” to enable the use of an external tool.​

Enter External Registration Link

Once enabled, a field will appear prompting you to enter the URL of your external registration form (e.g., Google Forms, Typeform, Eventbrite).
Paste the link to your external registration form in this field.​

Save Changes

After entering the external registration link, click on the “Save” button to apply the changes.​

Test the Registration Link

To ensure everything is set up correctly, click on the registration link as it appears to users and verify that it redirects to your external registration form.
