Here’s a demo to show how you can do this:

Open the Events Section

From the dashboard, click on the “Events” tab to view your events list.

Select the Relevant Event

Click on the event where you need to manage attendee check-ins.

Go to the Check-In Tab

Inside the event details, navigate to the “Check-In” tab (not the Attendees tab).

Start Scanning QR Codes

Use the QR code scanner provided in the Check-In section.
Ask attendees to show the QR code they received on their ticket (via email or app).
Hold the QR code up to your device’s camera and let the scanner detect and verify it.

Successful Check-In

Once scanned, the system will automatically mark the attendee as checked in.
You’ll see a confirmation on-screen showing their name and status update.

Repeat for All Attendees

Continue scanning QR codes for each attendee as they arrive at the venue.
