Tickets are how people register for your event, with flexibility in type, cost structure, and access restrictions.
Access the Tickets tab within an event and select "Add Ticket."
Title: The public-facing ticket name (e.g., General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, Workshop Pass)
Description: Explains inclusions to help attendees make selections
Icon (optional): Provides visual differentiation
The Currency dropdown sets the monetary unit. Setting Price to zero creates complimentary tickets; anything above zero becomes paid. The Base Price represents the pre-tax amount.
Toggle to enable/disable tax application
Tax Inclusive: When enabled, pricing already contains tax rather than adding it at checkout
Assignment of tax rules containing labels, percentages, and country codes
Quantity: Sets maximum available tickets (blank means unlimited)
Enforce Max Quantity: Prevents single purchases exceeding this limit
Availability Window: Establishes purchase start and end dates — applicable for early bird offerings, last-minute releases, and time-limited VIP access
When enabled, registrations are not confirmed automatically. Each registration is held in a pending state until you manually approve or reject it.
Restricts automatic confirmation for application-based events or vetting scenarios.
Prevents public display while remaining accessible via direct links — ideal for staff passes or discount codes.
Allow Upgrade enables tier advancement post-purchase. Include in Upgrade designates eligible targets.
Links specific tickets to sessions or tracks, controlling access levels.
Ticket lists display sales counts, status, and availability windows. Drag functionality reorders items on the public page. It is advised against deleting sold tickets — use availability pauses instead.
