Create forms using collections

Here’s a demo to show how you can do this:

Create a New Page

Start by creating a new page in Levo Studio where you want to display your form.

Add a Form Block

Drag and drop a Form Block onto the page to add it to your layout.

Configure the Form Block

In the block settings, find the Collection Dropdown and select the collection you want to use for the form.

Form Display

Once selected, the collection will automatically display as a form with all the fields populated.

Review and Save/Publish

Review the form to ensure everything looks good. Once satisfied, you can either save the form for future edits or publish it to make it live.
