Blog Categories & Tags
Categories and tags help organize your blog content and improve discoverability. They also enhance SEO through dedicated listing pages and configurable meta information.
When to Use What
Categories — Broad, hierarchical groupings. These act as the main sections of your blog.
Every post should belong to at least one category.
Examples: Tutorials, Product News, EngineeringTags — Specific, granular labels describing topics within a post.
A post can have multiple tags.
Examples: react, api, performance, mobile
In short:
Use categories for structure, and tags for detail.
Where to Find Them
Open your Workspace Dashboard
Click Blog in the sidebar
Select your blog (if multiple exist)
Use the sidebar tabs:

Viewing Categories
Go to Blog → Category

Use the Search bar to filter categories
Creating a Category
Click Create
Fill in Tag Title (category name)
Examples: Tutorials, Product News(Optional) Configure:

Click Save changes
Note:
A slug is auto-generatedProduct News → /blog/category/product-news
Editing a Category
Click the :pencil: Edit icon
Update fields
Click Save changes
Deleting a Category
Click the :trashcan: Delete icon
Confirm deletion

Viewing Tags
Go to Blog → Tags

Creating a Tag
Click Create
Enter Tag Title

Click Save

Editing a Tag
Click :pencil: Edit
Update details
Click Save
Deleting a Tag
Click :trashcan: Delete
Confirm deletion

Open a post (Blog → Posts)
Go to Post Settings (right sidebar)
